Sony's software suite1 which includes the AI training tool for AITRIOS™, ‘Local Studio’2 is now available for the Raspberry Pi AI camera, released jointly with Raspberry Pi on September 30th, 2024.

Local Studio was designed for industrial-grade applications and can be used in a local network environment, especially convenient for rapid prototyping. With this tool, users will be able to develop AI models without having prior, specialized AI knowledge or education, making it a quick-start way to explore the new Raspberry Pi AI Camera.

Local Studio is Sony’s AI training tool on AITRIOS that simplifies the creation of deep learning models. It allows users to develop AI models easily with a small dataset, requiring no former AI experience, which we make possible in three simple steps: dataset input, AI model training, and AI model output.
